After careful consideration, I'm going to have to shut the virtual doors of Fusion109 Radio. Its been an absolute amazing ride and you have been a great
listener base. I thank each and every one of you for the years of support you've given me and the station since 2015. The seven years we've been online have
been so rewarding for me, and its so hard to let it go.
I know I've been on hiatus before, but this time I think its going to be permanent. I've just got too many things on the go and can't devote time to the
station. I haven't added any new music in a long time, and my time will not improve any time soon. I'm an Emergency Communications Officer for Alberta Health now,
and between the job, and the training, family and friends - its just impossible to find time for a radio station that deserves so much more of my attention.
For the first time in a long time, I enjoy my job - I enjoy helping people each and every day, and being a part of the EMS system in my community and the
province. Its unfortunately made Fusion109 a casualty which is upsetting, but I have no regrets in my employment choices or the time I've devoted to the station
over the years.
I'll never forget the support you've shown me since the beginning, and especially after my hiatus - things just skyrocketed back to where they were. Hard Rock
and Metal fans are truly the best in the world and its been a fantastic experience.
