Additional information

How we protect your data
Your data is protected on an SSL-enabled connection with the latest in encryption technology. Our website and server scores an A+ on SSL-Labs, and a B+ for server security (the highest achievable as we use embedded content from Twitter/YouTube on our website) using the most conservative algorithms available.

What data breach procedures we have in place
The only information we store from you is your email address if you sign up to our website as a “Listener”, and any additional information you’ve shared in your profile (none of which is mandatory). In the unlikely event that a breech occurs – you will be notified by email.

What third parties we receive data from
We use GeoIP to get a general location of your IP address as a listener. General location is limited to Province/State and/or Country. We receive no information that could identify you personally as a listener on our station. We use this data for statistical analysis only and do not share it with the General Public.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
We use IP geolocation information to profile where our listeners are tuning in from by region and country. Also, if you join our site as a listener, we keep regional statistics if you provide your location in your profile.

Industry regulatory disclosure requirements
Fusion109 does not store personal financial data, and only keeps email addresses as a means of authentication to our website. You do not need an account with us to listen to our station. We ask that you accept that we use cookies to comply with the “EU Cookie Law”.

If you have any questions or concerns about our privacy policy, please contact us using the methods mentioned earlier in this document. Thank you.
